License Agreement

Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("Licensee") and PluginCrates ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using any product from PluginCrates, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase or download, PluginCrates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 3.

Seat License: An Individual License grants use for a single user on up to two (2) machines owned by that user (e.g., a desktop and a laptop). Team Licenses cover the specific number of seats purchased.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY use the products (plugins, presets, scripts, templates) to:

• Create an unlimited number of end products for personal use.
• Create an unlimited number of end products for commercial clients.
• Use the tools in monetized YouTube videos, films, broadcasts, or social media content.
• Incorporate rendered outputs into games, software, or web applications.

3. Restrictions

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files (or modified versions of the product files) under any circumstances.
• Include the product files within a template or stock asset that you are selling.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any plugin or script.
• Share your license key or download link with others who have not purchased a license.

4. Updates and Support

All purchases include lifetime updates. When a new version of the product is released, you will receive access to it at no additional cost. Support is provided via email for the lifetime of the product, subject to our fair-use policy.

5. Ownership

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not the ownership of the product itself. PluginCrates and its respective creators retain all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of the original files, source code, and assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall PluginCrates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
