Refund Policy

1. All-Access Pass (30-Day Guarantee)
We believe deeply in the value of the PluginCrates All-Access Pass. If you purchase the All-Access Pass and find that the tools do not fit your workflow or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
To request a refund for the All-Access Pass, simply email hello@plugincrates.com from the email address used to make the purchase within 30 days of your transaction. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Once refunded, your license key will be deactivated.
2. Individual Tool Purchases
Because digital goods cannot be "returned," individual plugin, script, and preset purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the license key has been activated.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances happen. We will gladly issue a refund for individual tools in the following cases:
- Technical incompatibility: The tool fundamentally does not work on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. (Please ensure you meet the system requirements listed on the product page before purchasing).
- Accidental duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same tool twice.
- File corruption: The downloaded file is corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@plugincrates.com with:
- Your order number (found on your Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy receipt)
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our products)
4. Fraud Prevention
We monitor refund requests to prevent abuse. If we detect suspicious activity (such as purchasing, downloading all files, and immediately requesting a refund, or a pattern of repeated refunds), we reserve the right to decline the refund request and permanently ban the user from future purchases.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your license keys and account access. Please contact us first — we are happy to help resolve any issues.
